you can hang them on a wall by putting two screws and hanging the guitar by the bottom 2 pegs.

No you really should get a stand some are cheap at Wal*Mart!!
why not
-it can fall off the thing
-it can ruin in the sun
-window breaks and hits guitar
-cold air expands the wood
-it looks odd infront of a window
-it's terrible for a guitar being expanded and shrunk

Im know because we own a few expensive guitars! LOL

Being a guitar hangers seller I always suggest my customers the best to protect their guitars. And,for you I suggest its better if you hang them on a wall rather than a window. It may damage your guitar.Temperature fluctuation effect guitar color and functioning as well.It will be always better to hang a guitar internal rooms where temperature fluctuations are probably less.

Not good. The sun and heat can gradually fade the stain or paint on the wood and ruin the finish.
