It used to be that most of my dreams wherein someone I know well was involved were ones which had my sister in them. Well, I recently had a dream that has a connection to a close friend of mine, though my sister was not in it. What I learned from talking with my friend is that a sequence of numbers I had in the dream happen to be interpretable as her mother's birthday. My sister and friend's mother have the same birthday, but different years of birth. I also look similar to my sister, and both of us take after our mother.

What do you make of all that?

Have you thought you may be Astral Traveling ?

Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of out-of-body experiences (OBEs) achieved either awake or via lucid dreaming, deep meditation, or use of psychotropics. Proponents of astral projection maintain that their consciousness or soul has transferred into an astral body (or "double"), which moves en tandem with the physical body in a parallel world known as the astral plane. The concept of Astral projection has been around for thousands of years, dating back to ancient China. It is currently often associated with the New Age movement. There are two general schools of thought on the nature of astral projection; these can broadly be defined as the mystical model and the phasing model.

Too much sugar ere you go to bed.

It's odd that the numbers were your friend's mother's birthday, but I think it's only a coincidence.

sometimes in my dreams I visit places where I have never been and then later in life find myself in those places, It is the inner recesses of your spiritual mind communicating with the spirits in the air and telling you to make ready for something coming down the road real soon.
