keep ip vitamin E and magneesium and calcium supliment ,whole fruits and nuts ,plenty green stuff

You need to strengthen your ankles or rather the muscles that prevent excessive lateral movement. This problem is common in Netballers, a dynamic court game played by females here in Australia and other British Commonwealth countries A great device for this is a wobble board. This is a disc of relatively thick plywood about 2ft diameter with a hemisphere of some durable metal attached underneath in the centre of the board .
Stand on the board and practice maintaining balance, Works in all directions
Also someone who does strapping or taping to prevent injuries in sport they'll show you how to effectvely strap yuor ankles to prevent injury. Football teams would have someone or contact Biersdorf , this company makes tape used just for this thing and they have training on strapping techniques

I have the same problem. I got a brace at wal mart/ kmart whatever your store is and it works really good. sometimes if there in really bad shape one day I put an ace bandage around it and then put the brace on. It really adds stability but also gives you the flexibility to point those toes to the sky.
