One a Day Women is a multi-vitamin specially formulated for what a womans body needs. Not sure if it's good for PMS, but I'm sure it can't hurt.

they are vitamins. One a Day is the brand name. Womens is the formula.

one a day women are vitamins for women..i dont know if they are good for pms or not, i do take the generic womens one a day, and they dont seem to help me with that..but maybe the real name brand does..try it..

it's a vitamin. If you need a less expensive brand, try a generic women's multivitamin.
