Ok coming from someone who is 20 and was literally just there. You go for it. Ask him to a movie or out .. that's something many are doing now. I think that if I could go back I would just ask and if I get rejected ohhh well life goes on.

if he stares at you alot and teases you it probably means he likes you but does'nt want to or is to shy to tell you. ask him out and see where it goes!
