I am sure that would depend on several things. Apartment manager know, and did they give you permission to do it. Can you be licensed through the state that you live in. How many children are you allowed to watch per sq feet. The liability is another thing. If child gets hurt on apartment property, parents sues you and you sue the apartment? The apartment manager will say, you were operating a business unknown to them and sue you. Best bet is called the state office for daycare license and ask them.
