I don't get it, my parents said he says bad things, my friends say he sucks, I just, don't know, I mean he's been through a lot lately, he is just expressing through his music but I just don't know... Why? What did he do to get this reputation???

dude, I totally agree with you.. I love his music, and even if he isn't the "nicest" person, he still is really cool... he has been through a lot
I think it's just that people think he's a poser becuase he's white, which doesn't make sense. But I think he is really genuine, which is something that is hard to find today

Some of his lyrics are just plain vile, and some who are perfectly content in their lives, or who have children that shouldn't be listening to him anyway (rightfully so), they don't understand the frustration and the bitterness in Eminem that motivated him to write those songs. It's perfectly understandable.

well he's wacko, I mean he's like totally awful, and all he does is swears, I mean no one likes a persn like that, and he's gone nuts! He stabbed his own mother, just for being pregnant, he needs a brain scan!

i dont know but i totally like him, i mean even tho he says bad stuff, i dont care about it. his songs are very catchy, you can see that he didnt have good life.
