I need help with my verizon dsl?

My westell wirespeed 2100 is acting up sometimes the connection is lost and for some reason i cant display router pages like 192.168.1.1 or dslrouter

do you have the Verizon yahoo package and have you recently changed your yahoo password,if you have then you need to call Verizon tech support and get everything reset,
i have the same router and the only times i have had that problem is when i have changed my password
