Your right this has nothing to do with Bush. Listen up people. France was behind the creation of the Euro. Which is to compete with the US Dollar. The countries France pushed hard was Finland, Germany,Austria,Italy,Belgium etc..few more. Some countires want to go back to their own currency. France's thought was that if they joined and weakend our US Dollar this would help their economy and strengthen their Euro. At the same time the US economy would practically collapse. We would be what France is today. The only problem was that France overlooked our economic strength and globalization market.

Therefore the Euro hasn't outperformed the Dollar and France still has problems with employment. This is partially why they we in the Money for oil with Iraq & not the Oil for food. Which by Geneva Conventions they were not supposed to be. Since we've called out Frances Number on every occasion and they continue to get caught. France keeps going against the USA on everything. We lost 100,000's of soldiers saving them and this is what we get. They are weak. Not the people of Napolean day's. In WWII their Naval fleet off the coast of Moraco attacked us after Germany occupied France while we were headed to Africa. Now! They couldn't do crap to fight the Germans, Now they want to fight the USA. FYI.. we didn't lose much, but they lost their entire fleet. It was so bad that it was hard to land in Africa because all the French ships were in our way sinking and burning up.

Why doesn't France do what's right and be a nation of followers and stop trying to lead. They can't get it right. We are what we are because the world made us that way and we reacted. From WWI (which we were not prepared for to WWII and we were better equiped and demostrated we are a nation that won't be attacked. "We dropped the Bomb" .Then came the cold war & communism and now terrorism.

France have been given this variety of undesirable rap from no longer sending troops to Iraq as they have been the main vocal combatants of it and tried, unsuccessfully, to bypass a UN selection combating the invasion, suggesting rather that extra verbal replace take place between the UN and Saddam in an attempt to locate a non violent answer. Podaleiros - FYI, France replaced into liberated with the help of US, uk, and Canadian troops after the Normandy Landings. Russia replaced into on the jap front i.e. the different element of Germany.

We were in France a couple years ago and found the people to be very nice and very helpful to us during our stay. We did not encounter any rude ones.
They get VERY bad press about us over there (in Europe in General) and every time we have been overseas we get sad about how our country is portrayed.

What's bad about it? Have you visited France? You know, Paris is one of the most beautiful cities on earth. And they make some good wine.

I guess you'll be offering that statue back now.

Actually I was reading your little tid-bit in your profile thing and I kinda feel like you do. I can't stand France or the French and I have no idea why. My current girlfriend loves watching movies and listening to music from there. I just can't stand it....

What is the B for Alex. I think the PHD goes along with it. Piled Higher and deeper. Who says France is a bad country? When you were there what did you see that is so bad? Oh, you weren't there? See my opening sentence.
France has had some bad leaders lately. Just like, oh yes, USA.
Does this make it bad?

You're brain washed, like most people in the US, to think that anything that dares to disagree with our American politic or way of life is foolish, stupid, or communist (or all of the above!).
France is a great country, not perfect, but great. I lived there for 5 years. I met stupid people, outspoken people, arrogant people. . ..Just like here in good old USA.
By the way, I believe that a good percentage of proud Americans are from French descent!

I've been to France several times, and I don't follow your theory of "bad country".I thought it to be a lovely country, perhaps you went at a different time of year, and hopefully, you are not one of the tiny minded that would judge, without knowledge,...

France is awesome and so are her people. They just need to be happy with themselves and stop trying to be the Germans, even though they kinda are.
