Well neither or both :) - The western 1/3 of Russia - West of the Ural mountains is considered to be European - the western part is Asia

Russia is one of two countries in the world that is on both continents (the other is Turkey). The bigger part of Russia is in Asia but more people live in the European part.

Western part of Russia(to Ural) is in Europe. Eastern part is in Asia. About 3/4 russian people live in european Russia. Square of european part is about 1/3 of territory of Russia.

russia is surely an asian country as due to this russia asia is known to have the largest land mass and thus called land continent.well a part , a very small part is in europebut that doesn't matter does it

Both.. I've heard it called Eurasia due to that fact with Russia and the Former USSR countries
