An Interesting Question :) Harry Potter has alot of very powerful skills, I think he would win IF Dr. Who would just stay in one time zone long enough. From another perspective - if you imagine a sword fight, sonic screwdriver versus magic wand - I think Dr. Who has the edge. I guess it would all come down to which of the authors has the greatest creativity eh!

I think that after the first couple times Dr. Who traveled back in time to try to fight Harry again, Harry would catch on and kill him dead for keeps.

Dr. Who has got aliens, HP has got magic.. thats a toughie.
Since Dr. Who has aparently 2 hearts, my guessing is that he may be a bit more resitant to the magic...
But yeah, HP would totally pwn his *** with the magic and crap xD
