Is there a way u can buy a case for an internal hard drive and convert it to an external one?

yes. they are available in computer stores anywhere, from 40 to 140 dollars, depending if you need the actual hard drive too...

Yes, the electronic retailers in your are like Best buy,Circuit city will have the enclosure. The case has a connection inside to pug in your HDD and the outside connector (usb or firewire) use to connect to your pc.
