I'd like to know too. I am 95lbs no matter what i eat! lol....Anyway, I know it is not good to just eat more or eat fatty foods because you still need a healthy diet. I have heard that weightlifting will help women gain weight and muscle. It'll take several months to see real improvement, but it may be worth it.

See your doc. He/she may prescribe a special diet for you and add some amino acids and possibly a workout program.

Also may need some testing for metabolic disorders and hyperthyroidism, which is easily controlled by meds. Good luck!
