Good Luck! My ex owes 54,000 he never paid went to work for a friend and got pd cash so I could not prove he had a job. He does not file a tax return. So I said forget it and supported my 2 kids myself. He never saw the kids until 1 yr ago and they do not want anything to do with him. His loss! You can do it also it is not always easy. Yes he owes it but you have to get on with your life and not depend on him.

if your court is not helping, then write to a media that is out of your city and tell them what problem you have. If you have papers from the court and you don't like the decision you should get a lawyer from out of city and argue the decision in the higher level in the court system.
Good luck.

depending on what state you live in there should be a website to help. try childsupport.com if this doesn't help try your state abbreviated then childsupport.com. example i live in illinois so when i had the same problem i went to www.ilchildsupport.com your state should have the same thing. if nothing else you can always go threw public aid, they provide you with a free lawyer and if he refuses to pay at the end of the year if he gets a refund at tax time you will get it instead of him.
