Bring the infant inside out of the weather... Call the proper authorities (police/fire department) and report the abandoned child...
Care for the child until the authorities arrived to take the child to the proper facility...
Under no circumstances would I keep the child, keeping the child could place it in danger if at a later date the person who abandoned it returns...
----- I would hope that people would know there are now laws in alot of places making it possible to drop a child off at a hospital, fire station, or police station in the care of an adult staff member, without risking the weather etc. harming the child..
**** I note that an above poster mentioned bathing the child.. Do not do this as there may be evidence etc on the child the police may need in order to find the person who abandoned it, Wrap the child up and warm it that way not in a bath that can destroy evidence the authorities may need, also do not feed the child as you do not know if the child has allergies or another medical condition that could be inflamed by feeding...
Just bring the child in and wrap it in a warm blanket or towel, call the authorities and wait for them they will take charge of the child and get it proper medical care etc.

I would take care of this baby like my own, and call the police so I dont get in trouble. Then make sure the baby is going to be in good hands. Or else if its ok I could keep the baby until they know what to do..

If I found a baby on my door steps, my first thing would be to call the police . Then I would want to adopt it because I don't have any grand kids, and I love children.

Immediately take it to a hospital because you never know how long the babys been out there. Even the littlest cold could be deadly for a child.

bring him or her inside and rest the newborn as my own. I would not call any one because they would put the child in foster care for some one to care for when I can do the same thing.

I would bring it inside and feed it, plus make sure it's clean and dry, and bathe it or dry it if not. Of course I'd also make sure he/she is warm.
Then I would call Children's Services and the police.
