yes The lights that comes off the screen causes your eyes to focus wrong and mess your eye up really bad...

I think I heard somewhere that you r suppose to look away and focus on something else every 20 minutes for the count of 10 or something along those lines

yes, it will make you near-sighted.. take me for an example. I had 20/20 all my life untill I started sitting at the computer for hours on end.. I'm only 24 and my vision is now 20/40.

Yes you can. A lot of factors that can cause your eyesight to go bad when viewing tv and computer screen : improper lighting, glare, viewing angle, distance,...etc.....

yes! but you could always buy a UV radiation filer that you attach in your computer but i dont know about TV's.
