Just tell him "ok, you obviously are in love with me or you wouldn't be picking on me so much, everyone thinks so and everyone tells me so. I'm not interested in you so go find someone else. Good luck" He will run like hell!

Actually, sometimes when you accuse him of liking you it could lead to him telling everyone that you like him. It's a little bit risky but sounds like a good ideal. You can also try
1.) Ignore him, it'll take about half a year but after that you two will be complete strangers to each other, trust me.
2.) Ask him why he's always picking on you, if he replies something like "Just Because" or "Because you're a nerd, geek, etc." then say, "If I'm such a geek, etc, at least I'm not as big as a loser as you."
3. The second one is very risky, you can also try talking to him about or ask other kids why, build up the courage/
4. Whenever he insults you insult him back in your mind then say it to him in a small voice, then get louder each time. Before you know, you'll be telling that idiot with the Long Blonde hair and obnoxious attitude "Shut up Goldie Locks." (past experience in being mean to guys)
4. You can also try telling a teacher
5. Avoid him
6. Tell him to just leave you alone, you didn't do anything to him

go up to him with a group of friends and tell him that hes an annoying kid and to get the hell away from u because hes immature, dont be shy, hes just an annoying kid, after u do it ull be happy
