Yes I was bullied by my very best friend for about 12 months after making the mistake of relying on him to help me while going through a rough patch.
I did put up with it to buy myself some time to get out of the situation. We live and learn...and I will never put myself in a situation like that again.
It was pretty much a case of someone believing that if he helped me...that gave him the right to tell me what to do...the bullying started because I was not doing what he wanted me to do.

Yes - _ I job share with a woman who is a queen bee type - and she is a bully. At first, I was quite taken aback by it because I genuinely liked her until I saw this "dark" side of her. She is like a two-headed snake! I have distanced myself emotionally which has make it easier for me to defend my self and not take any of her crap. I still remain professional and distantly pleasant toward her, but not personal at all.
She is the kind of person everyone loves, unless you cross her.
We re grown adults, but I tell you - it's just like middle school all over again. It's a kind of emotional/relational bullying - I don't like it, but I have had to learn how to deal with it - again.

All of the time at work. The outcome is that there is no outcome. It goes on and on. It is not worth fighting the system.

yes-my ex was/is an adult bully. He picks on those that are smaller, younger, and weaker. What a jerk!
As a result, I divorced him, he moved to another state and I only coorespond with him via email or through my lawyer. He even manages to be a bully on email!

I just quit a job because my supervisor treated me worse than she treats her children.
I got reprimanded for not having a pedicure when I broke my foot and for washing my hands after going to the bathroom.
She probably bullies everyone.

Yes, I let them consistently get away with it and the
"relationship" ruined my life.
I should have walked away and refused to ever speak to them again no matter what. And/or written a public letter to friends and family what they had done, how I felt, and why I would not longer be willing to associate with them, that way they couldn't lie about our relationship or me and get away with it, leaving me to look like the bad guy.
I regret not defending myself to this very day.
