Achieving the targets?

How would you ensure that the team members are achieving the targets that have been set for them within the agreed timescales?

You would need to:

↓ Monitor them
↓ Ask for feedback on the work being completed
↓ One to one session are really effective to sort out problems
↓ Rewards on completion

check, have a meeting with the team, then individually, then review the targets, then meet with the members who still cant meet the targets. send out warnings.

Start up a score board for motivation, those who meet their targets make the score board, 3 months in a row = some type of reward (monetary).
