I asked the buyer 3 times to pay and ebay won't put an unpaid strike on his profile for all to see even after 3 weeks! Thanks

You have to specify that they didn't pay and file an unpaid dispute with eBay. But be careful! The buyer can dispute it, fabricate the evidence and eBay will turn around and suspend you! It has happened to me twice, but I was able to fix it with the information at:

that's strange, maybe it hasn't been resolved it. ebay is probably still reviewing it. these things take time. in the meantime leave him neg feedback and then move on..cancel the auction and sell the item again. these things happen. I sold something once to somebody for $100 but it turned out to be a shopaholic who was way over her head and dropped out of ebay after winning my auction. she never paid, so I just resold the item to the next highest bidder. I think it's called "second chance." make sure you get a refund on your closing fee from ebay for the first auction.

if you sell an item and they dont pay you have to report an unpaid item from the drop down box that says leave feedback, mark as dispatched et. just click the drop down arrow and scroll down to where it says report unpaid item.
