When you were younger, did your parents ask you to change the tv channel even though they were in the room with the tv and you weren't?

Oh yeah....me and my brothers, the human remotes. We were also the window closers, the drink fetchers and the phone answerers.

Nope. We all changed the channels ourselves. We only had about ten channels but they weren't consecutively numbered.
Of course, I had a few golden years where I could change the channel to my cartoons and then pull the knob off so my brothers couldn't change it back. Remotes ruined all that.

No, but we had a dial TV until I was like 20.... I was happier than a retard in a diaper when I got a remote TV.... :)

No. we didn't have a tv. I did have the kids change for me tho. if they were in the room. i thought they enjoyed it?
