It is a leak-stop and is only a temporary fix. It clogs your radiator, heater core...everything! I DO NOT recommend this! My husband is a college educated auto technician with over 15 years experience and this is his advice.

Been working and repairing engines for 30+ years and never heard of it. Blown headgasket require removal of the head from the block to replace the gasket. Which cylinder is leaking and are you getting bubbles in the coolant, water in the oil, or what?
Good luck.

Dont think there are too many engines out there that can have a head gasket changed without removing the head. You can get an additive to put in the radiator that might work at sealing the gasket its called StopLeak.

sounds like a scam. There are "mechanic in a can" products that will mask symptoms for a while, but they don't fix the problem and can cause many more problems. I've been a mechanic for 20 years, and there aren't many miracle cures that actually work.Good luck

Sounds like a scam......my hubby says there is no way you can fix a blown head gasket with out tearing it apart. Just take it somewhere else or do it yourself.

Sounds like a load of BS to me. To fix a blown head gasket, you have to replace it. Sorry...no magic fixes.
