i used to have a long wrinkled foreskin. I pulled it back in the shower slowly every day - and scrubbed it with warm water, soap and a washcloth.
After drying off I pulled the foreskin back and splashed my penis real good with WITCH HAZEL to cut down the odor. And it worked so well. I never had a fishy odor if I did my hygiene. but if I missed a day or two - my penis smelled like tuna fish.
And when you clean it in the shower - you must let the warm water hit the penis hard with strong pressure to hose it down.
I have faith in you and I know that you can do it !!!!!!!!!

I have 3 boys and found that cleaning their penis with just water, pulling back the skin and running it under water and with your hand cleaning the crease area, if you use soap be careful because you don't clean it well and take of the soap completely you could get an a infection,my boys are small but my eldest was having this trouble and that's how we fixed it.

You pull the skin back toward the shaft so the entire head is showing, wash with soap and water, rinse well, dry. You don't have to do that every day, but as often as you think necessary.
