we'll fit that in right behind our job, the kids, taking care of the house, laundry, cleaning, shoppiing, cooking, dishes, household errands, taking care of the family dog, decorating the house for christmas, baking cookies and wiping the nose of every other person in the house. but thanks for asking because i wondered what to do with that free 5 seconds i have each day.

Women are not "wired" to not care about how the world around them works. Also, women don't "just" subscribe to astrology, celebrities, and stupidity. This is just a stereotypical view of women.

Given that the "world around them" is often dominated by greedy, scheming men who ruin the lives of innocent people for the sake of lining their own pockets, why *should* we care? We're the ones who endure most of the suffering, poverty, pain, and degradation resulting from men's choices.
And if you think women are the only ones who subscribe to astrology, celebrities and stupidity, then you've apparently never watched John Edwards or a professional wrestling match.
As far as stupidity is concerned. . .well, it wasn't a woman who started the current war. Or most of the other ones in history, for that matter.

Well since you like to generalize...why do men care so much about sports and things that don't matter?
There's nothing wrong with ppl having an interest in entertainment. Are you so damn smart and socially aware that you have no time for fun or amusement?

I don't know about the women in your particular life, but I care very much about the world around me. I also like astrology, read about celebrities at times, and am certainly far from stuipd. But, thanks for asking.

A little bitter ? Or just raised in an abusive family? Perhaps both.
May you find peace within and may your wounding be healed. All that we judge externaly is a reflection of how we perceive ourselves. Love yourself forgive yourself. Do you know what karma is?
