You should wait until the morning or let your urine stay in your bladder at least 4 hours. That's when the pregnancy hormone will show up the most. If your not very far along that's the best thing to do. If your farther along anytime will be OK because your body is producing alot of the hormone and it will show up no matter what. Morning is the best time because that is when the hormones in your body will be read the strongest. But make sure you are not testing too early. Wait at least a few days before your first missed period.

you should wait until morning- but if you're like me and you just can't wait- try and use it after you haven't gone to the bathroom in a couple of hours. The tests are pretty good now a days you should be alright. You could also buy a double test kit so you can take one now and one in the morning.

Ive never waited until morning to take any of my pregnancy tests and they always have come out positive. Yes HCG is highest in the mornings though. I just never could wait until morning. Usually took mine at night or as soon as I got back from the store with them. It will be fine to take at night, unless you arent late for your period yet, then it may need to have higher concentrations of HCG.

I've heard its best to take a test int he morning but i took mine at 12am and was only 3 weeks preggo and it was a positive... then I was at the dr at 7am to confirm it

morning, but if you cant do it then wait 4 hours between going to the toilet (depending on how close to you period due date)

first morning urine has the highest amount of HCG of the day....positives "usually" come up quickly, but remember a faint line is also positive.
