Why do you feel used? Were you promised something? How old are you? I think your age is very important here because a boss can manipulate a young woman using his authority and insinuate certain things to her.
If it is justified for you to feel used, then by all means you should stand up for yourself. Be sure to catch it on tape so you can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that the affair took place. Word of mouth is not enough. You need pictures or a recorded conversation that completely incriminates him. For example record a conversation in which you ask him about the promise he made you and state what the promise was.
Don't record anything on the phone though. That won't hold up in court. However you can record it in person.
I wouldn't necessarily sue the company though, but if he is in the wrong he needs to be stopped.

I don't think it's possible to give a substantive answer to a question like that which consists of two sentences (well one sentence and one fragment).
I am not sure if this applies in your case, and it won't make me popular with other women, but I have seen this kind of thing happen, where both go mutually into this affair, and when the woman gets scorned, she gets even. However, just two weeks ago she was a very willing particpant in the whole thing and knew what was at stake. If that's what happened, then you should not add to the already ridiculously litigious society we are living in.
If he forced you into this and you were promised something related to your job as far as advancement, or you just were afraid you would not advance or get certain benefits, then maybe.
However, it doesn't sound like the second option, or you probably would have said more. Move on, learn from it.

Sue the company? Did he rape you? You had an AFFAIR. Maybe he should sue you. Why do you think you have the right to sue someone for a mutual affair? What were you thinking in the beginning?

Suing the company could make your life a bigger mess. Lawsuits get messy and can make you out to be a person who you are not at all. Lawyers have a way of turning your life upside down.
Start applying for other jobs. Have fun with the idea of getting away from your problems and starting over.

Well, you can sue the company but for the life of me I can't figure what your grounds would be. Did you go into the affair with your eyes open? You knew he was your boss, right? Sorry, but you are also culpable.

People who commit adultery always blame someone else for thier problems, does your spouses know of you two's infedelity?
I would start there and ask your innocent mates if they feel used, angry and hurt.
Get where I'm going? What comes aroud goes around, and this is just the opening for you and your boss.
