How do i get azuril in Pokemon emrald?

ive tried breeding a male and female maril but i keep getting eggs filled with more little marils. i just want azuril.

I believe it has something to do with getting two opposite sex and sending them to the day care with one of them holding the SEA IN...... how ever you spell that word (It is that Item you get in that ghost tower place... and wham there you go...
