...LOL! Just an old tale, btw, my mother was more specific, if your LEFT ear was ringing they were talking BAD, if it was your RIGHT ear, they were saying NICE things about you!!!
AND.... if you wanted to know WHO was talking about you, you'd have to ask the first person you saw for a NUMBER, count the letters 1=A, 2=B,... and that was the person's intial!!! LMAO!!!

I think she meant burning. someone is said to be talking about you when they are hot (burning). If they are ringing, you need to have your hearing checked, or turn that music down. ; )
