I don't like "Violence" or "Fighting" animes {NOT ANY PLZ}
I hate those...all i want is "Romance and that is for YOUNG ADULTS"

ok... to actually answer your question with your preference in mind...
"Someday's Dreamers" is a cute one with some romance, I believe, I haven't finished the short series...
Chance Pop Session" is a good one, too, short... it doesn't have romance, per se... but it is definitely a shoujo/girl oriented show.
"Nanaka 6/17" is comedy with some romantic undertones...
"Please, Teacher" and "Please, Twins" both have romance and are fun, too.
For the best....
"Ai yori Aoshi" Both season one and season two "Enishi".... It's a beautiful romance story... the manga is great, too!
oh, and "Ah, My Goddess" is a cute series, the OVAs and the TV series....
If you have access to Netflix, you can get just about all of them there, I believe...
p.s. from the creator of Love-Hina..... "Negima!" that's a fun one... has 4 volumes out so far...

I'm not from America. So I don't know any of those animes. But if u want, try watching Animax. It's a channel only for animes. It's available in 2 languages : Japanese & English. The animes are actualy manga.
