you can use Chikka.. you have to download it first..
then, create your own account and yeah you can send pics from your computer to your phone, but it will cost you a certain amount.. here in the philippines it costs us 2.50 pesos only..ü

Contact your Service Provider(cellphone) and find out if your account allows you to receive picture email.
Ask them what your address is on your phone.
Send yourself the pictures from your home computer.
