L'Oreal True Match, L'Oreal Infallible or Cover Girl TruBlend are all amazing drugstore foundations. If you really want to try the mineral makeup, Neutrogena offers one now that is sold at drugstores. I haven't tried it though so I don't have an opinion to give you on it. Eyeliners and eyeshadows are fun to play with, just pick colors that appeal to you and see how they look!

I know you said you like to purchase it from a drugstore but I'd have to say that Mary Kay foundation and eyeliner has been the best I've tried so far. The foundation is clean and light feeling and the eyeliner is great! It doesn't smudge or run throughout the day. I highly reccommend them!

I think the best base is no base...if you don't have anything to hideimperfections of the skin) and if you haven't started using base.....don't. Your skin will be so much prettier if you don't hide behind the base....Ia m guessing that you are young ,in your teens.Take care of your skin now and and it will stay young looking as you get older. And here is a suggestion....you know why men don't age in the face.....shaving ...all the faces they make when shaving....if women would realize this it would save on all the wrinkle cream and plastic surgery later. So look in the mirror, make those faces as if you are shaving( but don't). You will benefit.Moisterizing is also benefical, everyday. Try Avon for your makeup needs, excellent variety and choices.

L'Oreal has a powder foundation similar to sheer cover and bare minerals. It's called BARE NATURALLE. It works GREAT. Just like bare minerals. I've tried both and they really work.

If you want sheer, try prescriptives traceless. It's also a top product but a little more pricey.
