You started it, you let it continue. You are the only one that can stop it. Stop it by not dwelling on it all the time.

I talked to someone who had schizophrenia and was convinced that aliens had put a device in her teeth to monitor her. She was on medication, which helped a lot, and I asked her if she felt they were doing it to others, and she said, No, just her. Then I asked if she understood that it was schizophrenia, and if the medication helped and she said yes, and yes, but she still felt like it was happening. Apparently, it feels completely real to the people it affects. I'm sorry you're going through this.
As to who you go to, I'm sorry, but you still have to go to a psychiatrist. It might help, though, to meet other people who have the same problem, so maybe go to www.nami.org and find a support group.
