I agree. It seems everytime you get to like a show it is cancelled and Joan of Arcadia was one of the good ones that got the boot.
I am not sure why. It could of been bad ratings or maybe they thought the premise of the show had played out. I only wish that they would let the public know ahead of time that they were considering cancelling a program. Then at least we , who liked it could protest in some way.
I believe it was only on for 2 seasons but it will always be remembered fondly by myself.

Joan of Arcadia was such a good show. I couldn't wait for the third season to start, so we could find out more about the character Ryan Hunter (played by the beautiful Wentworth Miller), the guy in the hoodie that seemed to be watching Joan from a distance. I thought the character of Adam was wonderful, and I would have liked to see how his story would have eventually played out. Chris Marquette, the actor that played Adam is a very talented actor. He is hysterically funny in the movie Just Friends.

It was a good show but the broadcasting company decided that the show rating wasn't good enuf and decided to cancel it before Joan had a chance complete her mission from God. The show was replaced by 'Supernatual' show. I don't watch Supernatual show and pray that this show get cancel too. It would be great if Joan of Arcadia make a comeback and finish the show.

Actually about 1 1/2 seasons. It was a great show, but apparently there weren't enough people watching.

i'm no longer an Atheist, yet i'm additionally no longer a Christian and seventh Heaven is one among my in demand shows. I nonetheless watch the reruns on a regular basis. i think of, inspite of the "huge concept in God", any guy or woman following any faith could properly be prepared on a non secular-based television coach as long as they save an open concepts.

I really loved that show until the end when she was going crazy because she didn't want to see God anymore and then she tried to tell her dad that was so sad. I think the storyline became to complicated so they just ended it.
