between the two chioces it would be the xbox360. that was microsofts intent when they launched the xbox oh so many years ago.
but that again depends on what you define mature audiences by. the nintendo wii was designed to make it easier for older people who are not as game savvy to play along with their kids.
the new xbox360 still acts a little more mature in its design. also there are more titles for mature then there is for young or teen out for xbox.
Ps3 is a nice system and a little bit over hyped. biggest difference is that sony will end up with more titles for its unit then xbox or wii will.

It's really too early to call it right now. The PS3 just came out, so it's library of games is next to nothing.
However, the Xbox 360 has no shortage of mature games, but it's also been out for over a year.
Given enough time, I'm sure both will have an equal amount of mature games in their library, just like Sony and Microsoft did last generation with the Xbox and PS2.

Both systems are geared towards mature audiences. The PS3 is more powerful, but both are going to have similar games. PS3 will probably be more convenient for HDTV owners because of the built in Blu-Ray player. Xbox 360 will have lots of shooters, and online games.

Mature as in what?
Vulgarity, Gore, and 'Adult content' or people who are mature and don't care one way or another about that stuff?
I think you mean Adult Content and I'd say the 360, just because of XBox Live. Other than that, not a huge difference, I'd say.
