Whatever you get, I think solid colored, fitted shirts are hot. With a spread collar (no buttons).
And I hate to disagree, but the silver ties with the black shirts and combos like that are really only appropriate for a cocktail party, not the staff meeting.
unless it is a dressy affair and you are wearing a suit, skip the french cuffs. PLEASE!!!

Are you hugging a tigger? My advice--anything but pastel colors, you can't afford to lose anymore testosterone. Just kidding, I bet that shot is cropped from a picture either for/by/to/with a girl. Depends on skin tone, hair and eye color, etc..
