+On standard difficulty (aka easy mode) complete all of Jimmy's Journal and complete all worlds. (find all treasure, all characters etc.)
+On Proud Mode just choose the sword both times, and statistics, as in the first game will appear after the game as well.

First it depend on what mode you pick to start the game in the beginning of the game. If you pick standard you need to finish everything in Jiminy's Journal by getting a mickey head on each world. If you pick proud mode you just need to beat all the worlds.
