every player gets 3 mins to make a play (im guessing this is cards you are talking about)........so if you consider 3 mins excessive, yahoo does not, if they did they would lower the time limit per play.... if you were to report someone for taking 3 mins a play, and not having the same standards as youself when it comes to games online Yahoo would ignore you...you can leave the game and place the person on ignore Yahoo gives you those options..
