No bleeding should be considered normal. Call your doctor ASAP. Even if you are not having cramping it could indicate a problem with the pregnancy. I had 3 miscarriages before having my son and I always bled, but had no cramping.

I've been bleeding off and on ...I'm 11 weeks along. I can only tell you what mine has been like. Most of the time I wake up in the morning and when I go to the bathroom there is a streak of red on the toilet paper. The rest of the day I have a little brown on my panty liner and a little bit more when I go to the bathroom. It's not heavy....but still scary.
My Dr. says I have a hemorrage in my uterus. It's very small...she saw it on the sono. But my baby is fine and the bleeding does not seem to effect it at all.
A hemorrage I am told is sometimes quite common...though my Dr. says that no bleeding is normal.
I have to go to my Doc once a week and also my progesterone levels are low and I have to get a progesterone shot once a week.
You should call your doctor in the morning.....but don't freak out yet. If you are having cramps with the bleeding it may be little more serious....so you should definetly call your doc ASAP. But just try and relax.

I bled at 7 weeks. It was red blood, but didnt last long. I didnt ever go to the doctor or anything. The next day it had stopped. This was with my 3rd baby. Everything was perfectly fine. Sometimes women bleed when they are pregnant. If it keeps going and ends up alot, then definitley go to the doctor. I actually would have gone when I saw that I was bleeding, but my husband had just walked out the door to take a friend home an hour away..So I just sat there and freaked out, hoping everything was ok. And it was ok. I had never bled during a pregnancy before. Sometimes, it can be just pools of blood behind the placenta, or something simil.ar to that and that is what could cause it. Make sure to tell your doctor. I made sure I told mine when I went in, but he didnt seem concerned. Try not to stress out too much. I know easier said than done.

If you are not having cramps then it would be ok, however do not take dangers. Call your health care professional or move to the ER-they are able to do an ultrasound on the ER. You can bleed for tons of motives for the duration of being pregnant, but when you're scared then do not take probabilities. Also, take it handy for a couple of days, placed your self on mattress leisure. My mother bled plenty for the duration of her being pregnant with my brother (very early on such as you) and that is what the health care professional informed her. Take it handy and make contact with your Doctor!

I am 10 weeks pregnant and have had the same problem up until a week ago.
That little baby is still in there, and her (her???) heart is still beating at our last ultrasound.
Never give up, never get a D&C at the first sign. We had no heartbeat one week, and the next week we had a heartbeat.
It was such a roller coaster.
We go back on Monday to see how she (she??) is :o)
Call your doctor right away. Don't stress. Get lots of rest. Take your vitamins.
Best of Luck
:o)

Red bleeding could mean something serious is wrong or nothing at all. But I would talk to the doctor ASAP. They need to know.

No, not normal. It's the #1 warning sign.

Contact your doctor or midwife. Anything more than light spotting is cause for concern.

What you need to know needs to come from your Ob/Gyn, hon...not from this forum.
Get on the phone and make a call.
