Leave it alone, put it to rest. Give the man's memory a break, he is no longer living. Most definitely not, I think the newspapers got it right. Who the hell would have their mother mourning and doing reports if the man was still living? I've heard of media stunts...but no one would go that far, and for so many years. Your question is the equivalent of askisng is Elvis still alive? Is Marilyn Monroe still alive? Is Buddy Holly still alive? I think not, it's that people are infatuated and totally elated with the stars. None of those people are alive either. But the media can't get enough of doing reports on them. Because people love the juice and the hype.

To me, yeah. I mean, it ain't no way he could have made so many songs before his unfortunate death and never got them on all of the albums he put out before he died. If I'm wrong then the man is more talented then i thought! Maybe he was the one who told Dave C. to come to Africa.

he lives in montana on a ranch. raises cattle. he emailed me the other day. he's doing well.
