Go and see your solicitor; you can appeal to pay over a period of time. Whatever you do, don't ignore it; it will not go away.

A number of things can happen if you don't pay your parking tickets.
If you don't pay by a certain date there is usually a late payment fee that is added to your ticket. In most places that I have been to (I have recieved a few parking tickets), you have 7-10 days to pay before a late payment fee is tacked on. The normal fine may be $20 and the late payment fine $50. So it is in your interest usually to pay as quickly as possible or appeal the ticket.
Your car can be impounded if you illegally park again. This would create a great deal of trouble for you as you will have to pay your outstanding tickets, plus an additional late payment fee, plus towing and impound fees. This is not a good thing.
Worst of all, you could be arrested for failing to pay a parking ticket. While this is definitely not as serious as robbing someone or killing someone, it is still a crime. The police probably won't intentionally try to find you to arrest you, but if you get caught for another moving violation (like speeding), they might choose to throw you in jail.
I would try to contact the court and see what thier specific policy is. Since you have appealed all three tickets and still have to pay two, you may just have to pay up.

First - it gets doubled if you don't pay it quickly. Second - you get a threatening letter telling you to pay it for a while. Third - you get a court summons. Four - the court sends bailiffs to your house to make you pay the fine, plus the costs you've incurred by not paying. That is, unless you have a valid reason for not paying. Like, the ticket was unfair. It's actually incredibly easy to get away with parking offences e.g. if the yellow lines are broken at all, if the parking restriction sign is defaced in any way.

If you parked in a legal place, then it shouldn't be your responsibility to pay for the tickets, it should be the people you work for, after all, they employ you to deliver in places where there is no legal parking?
So, who's fault is it?
How can your work expect you to park in places knowing very well that you will get tickets you can not pay?
Eventually you will have to go to court and tell the judge you are not refusing to pay, but can not afford to pay all at once!
He might agree to let you pay in instalments.
Besides, if the vehicle is not registered in your name, should it not be the responsibility of the registered owner?

At the very extreme, there will be a bench warrant for your arrest. Therefore, until you can take care of your responsibility, you should stay on the straight and narrow and waay from the police.
Now that does not mean "police car chase" and you being seen on Most Shocking Police Video!
Just get 'er done so you can get on with life without looking over your shoulder.

After the first set of representations I usually pay the ticket because I have had the worst experiences with bailiffs who add an extra £550 for attending my address.
I know you are in debt but, ask your company to pay the tickets or pay £9.99 and let 'parking ticket appeal.com' (or similar) do the appeal for you.
The choice.... is... yours..

If you get really unlucky, they'll march you to the cashpoint & make you withdraw the cash there & then. Otherwise, they'll notify you by post, & you have 28 days to pay up. You can also appeal if you think your ticket was wrongly issued, but they'll usually uphold their decision.

You might want to write to Parking court judge or someone, explain your situation, and see if you can get some time to pay it. otherwise as far as I know Nowdays, they can suspend your Driver License if you have unpaid parking tickets.
