R.J. Dio (Black Sabbath) and Geoff Tate (Queensryche). Ronnie J exudes a sort of silent wisdom that we all want to grasp and I can never get over the vocal talent that Geoff Tate has...WOW on both counts.

No question - Dio and Tate. Mustaine's vocals absolutely suck and Araya really can't do anything but yell. He can't even do the awesome high-pitched scream at the beginning of "Angel Of Death" anymore.
