What if the woman is only staying in the marriage for the sake of her kids, & her husband is completely aware of this fact? That she is very unhappy & would have been out the door already if it wasn't for the kids? (She keeps up a great facade).

yes, there is a code. those men who do not know about it aren't real men. the mans code states that it is not dishonorable for a man to have sexual relations with a married woman provided that the woman in question isn't married to a friend of the man who wants to have sex with the married woman. meaning in simpler terms. it is ok to knock the bottom out of it as long as the poor sap at her house is not a friend of yours. consult me for more statutes from the code

I never heard of a code as such, but it does seem like a loser's thing to do. I certainly wouldn't be proud to have it known. I did meet a woman once and found out on the third date that she was married, no kids, bad marriage. But as soon as I found out that she was married, I was instantly repelled by the idea of having anything to do with her and regretted having ever gone out with her even though was no sex. It could be all about standards. I've never even dumped a girlfriend for someone I liked better. If the relationship wasn't what I wanted or what she wanted, it was over and I was unattached. Keeps things simple.

Most men, me for one, would be very hurt to find out the woman they have married and love has had an affair with another man. with this in mind most men with honour and integrity shy away from having an affair with a married woman.

maybe the "married" couple lived a miserable swinging couples lifestyle out of the mans choice..
maybe they separated so long he (her hus) hasnt seen her naked in 12 years...
maybe the single guy doesnt want responsibilities so he hooks up with someone married
im separated 12 years now and dating same guy for years we have a friendship as of this time..
so im not sure what the "men" think...
until u go through a marriage and separation u really have no business judging...!!!
my one girlfriend been separated 25 years why?..they never divorced ..maybe no money! ..or he collects tax credits..
I really have no clue ..
now if the man or woman is telling their spouse... love u baby and romantically involved "in love" and still having "sex" thats different!!!.....than it is definitely cheating and wrong!!!

I don't know about a 'men's code', but it's certainly immoral. I mean, it's not exactly the kind of thing I'd brag about to my friends, even if I was the kind of person to do it. Because, quite frankly, a lot of people would stop hanging out with me...and one of them might tell her husband.
Seriously, why would anybody want to be a homewrecker like that? There are easier ways to get sex.
