Salvation Army, Value Village, the goodie store or whatever y'all call 'em. Look for ones that are clean and in good shape. Most of things were from gift baskets last year that were in too good of shape to toss but too big to keep. I also like to use big pasta bowls, pitchers, and other reusable items like gift baskets.

The Goodwill, The Salvation Army, WalMart, Big Lots, K-Mart, etc. are a few that come to mind. The Goodwill Stores in my area also have big auctions every week to get rid of surplus that isn't selling. I have found great baskets there.
