No matter how much your kids will say "please!" or "Ill do the dishes every day for a month!" or "every kid in my class has myspace!" dont let them! ever! half of the people they meet are luno! never Ever EVER let them! neopets.com is a good site. it's very fun, entertaining, and kids will love it. Just set them up and find games they like. This is a good site. I was a neopets fan for several years, and loved it! They'll have a blast.
Just NO MYSPACE!
dont listen to those people that say, "Hey, i do myspace and im still alive." well, is it worth the risk? knowing your kids can be killed or abused at any time day or night?
face it, the world is cruel, and good people have to hide from it.

There are alot of great websites for young kids.. be sure if you plan on finding one for your child you have gone there yourself first and give it your approval. Depending on what age and the interests of the child there is a good assortment out there. Myspace is definetely not for kids.. just too much stuff on there not age appropriate for little minds. Heres some sites my son visits and enjoys..

, to be honest , nothing is safe for kids anymore, unless you are right there while they are on line...Just let Browse around for yourself and monitor it, and see what you think, My Son is always on Nickelodeon site, its really fun

I am not sure if it works for kids that young but facebook.com is for school originations only I think.
