hi your friend just needs to be what he feels in his heart to be. i have friends that just are whom there are. be joyful in everything u do. have a female friend teach your friend the girly things that is one way. there are two good movies with good actors doing girly stuff.sorry forgot the name of movie. the ways of girls is to be beautiful dressing walking in a certain way parties makeup. look at shows on TV or go to www.ask men .com good luck

There are several ways t be "girly". Does he want to enjoy soft clothes and good scents like girls do? Does he want to look softer and more feminine? Does he want to live as a woman?
He really needs to figure out what he wants. He may try talking to some transsexuals and see if that is the life for him.
And this may be a period of experiementation which will pass when he satifies his curiousity.
