It quit printing after i installed new ink cartriges.i have also changed to a new internet provider.

You may need to change the settings in "My Computer" to your new changes. If that does not work, you can call HP for help.

Had the same problem with my HP all-in-one printer today. I finally had to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to work again.This takes a lot of time but It works. I don't think I'll ever buy another HP printer again this is the third one I've owned and they've all given me trouble after awhile. GOOD LUCK !

turn the printer on Open up the front conceal and enable the carriage end Now, right that's the place you will replace the ink cartridge once you insert the recent ink cartridge make specific that's wisely seated interior the service

Make sure the USB cable is properly connected. Sometimes it is, but it still won't print. I have an HP All-in-One 4300 series 4315 sheet-fed and sometimes, it can't communicate properly. Try disconnecting the USB cables and putting it back together.

try reinstalling the printer software on the computer with the CD that came with the printer. I've had that happen with my Lexmark all in one printer also.

try with different print cartridges.
try cleaning the contacts
