To accept God or not, and commit your life to someone e.g wife or hubby. The reason for the first is pretty obvious, it's a question that we are all asked from the very first day you realise that you are alive. Secondly, commitment and marriage because it involves another person other than the ones you've known all your life. You are at your most vulnerable at this point. But what do I know.

Each circumstance is different. My pops was faced with the decision when my stepmom was on life support. Another family member recently had to decide about nursing homes and his mother. I had to decide if chemotherapy was really worth it. But everyone has their own lot in life, and my difficult decision may be very easy for someone else.

Not marriage because you can always get a divorce but if to have children because that is usually a permanent decision and what your career is to be because that is what you will do everyday.
