There's a winter dance in less than a week and I have no dress to wear. It needs to be formal but I don't have a huge budget. Less than $50. It's one night and my parents won't pay for it. I'd rather wear a dressy long, swishy skirt and a cute tank but I'm out of stores. Help!

Forever 21 is a great store for inexpensive dresses.
There are lots under 20 dollars but here's a link for one under 25.

Have fun! :)
Target and Walmart also have cute dresses under 20 bucks.

There are consignment shops in most cities and communities. People who also wear a dressy dress once and have no desire to wear it again as the same people will be at the next occassion. So look in the phone book for a consignment shop near you. Do you go to church? Sometimes kids that go to the same church goes to a different school.. You might ask one of the girls in sundy school.

i have continually loved the adult males clothing from tutor and Banana Republic because they look a tad bit dressier than different places and their clothing aren't any exception. they have some quite effective clothing that with slightly of luck received't cost you an arm and a leg. If those 2 places are too severe priced or you won't be able to discover some thing you want then you need to look into their sister shops, previous military and hollow. at the same time as all else fails - Macy's or Ann Taylor.

Is there a way that you could rent a dress I know a store that does that. Or you could put an add in the paper that you are looking for a dress I'm sure that there are people who have a dress that they don't need.

any chance you can borrow one or rent one? or, do you have a pretty blouse you can pair with the long skirt? maybe with a wrap or pretty shawl/scarf?

how about something maybe vintage or gently used from a 2nd hand store of some kind?
