Really all down to opinion.
Better then IE6, yes.
Improved security, features, printing, rendering etc.
New look.
Some may love it - some will hate it.
I'd say download it and give it a try

It really isn't so good. Many users have beens reporting problems that it won;t come up, or it's slow, etc. I used it and it made my pc slow. Get Firefox. It's faster and better looking if you get some themes.

It adds tabbed browsing to it, and it moves all the buttons around. Mostly the same otherwise. Get firefox, it is better. :)

No no no it has to many problems,,,I tried it and had to go back to my other one.Same with all my friends.If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it...A old saying I need to remember to use.
