hard drive help plz?

hi i have a scsm motherboard and i just bought a Maxtor Basics ATA/100 Internal Hard Drive Kit will this work if i slaved it to my 60gb hard drive or dont tell me i needed sata....

You need to be more specific than that. Basically though, if your motherboard has a sata connection then you can use the drive. If not, you'll need to get a sata controller. Without better motherboard specifics, there's no way fo rus to know.
